Return Policy
At Alice Bennett London, we are committed to providing our customers with a pleasant shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains our return requirements, refund process, and the conditions that apply to returned items.
Return Conditions
- Returns can only be requested after the order has been physically delivered.
- Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
- Once a return has been approved, the item must be shipped back within an additional 15 days.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached. Trying on an item is permitted.
- Items showing signs of wear beyond normal fitting are not eligible for a refund.
- Customers may not place orders in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order.
- All approved returns must be sent to our designated international return facility. The customer is responsible for all return-related shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and carrier or handling fees.
Final Sale Items
Products purchased as part of a promotion offering a discount of 30% or more are considered Final Sale items.
Final Sale items are not eligible for:
- Returns
- Refunds
- Exchanges
Final Sale conditions will be clearly stated during the relevant promotion.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Alice Bennett London does not cover:
- Return shipping costs
- Customs duties or import taxes
- Carrier fees
- Other costs associated with returning an item
Return Process
Step 1 — Request a Return

Your request must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order.
Step 2 — Receive Return Instructions
Once your return request has been approved, our support team will provide the return instructions and designated return address.
Step 3 — Ship Your Return
Send the item using a trackable shipping service at your own expense.
Please retain your proof of shipment and tracking information. Returns without valid tracking information confirming delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be eligible for:
- A replacement item
- A full refund
Photos or other supporting information may be requested to assess the issue.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Order & Delivery Liability
Alice Bennett London is not responsible for:
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier
- Delays caused by customs authorities
- Delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Any request to correct a shipping address must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
